When your booking is made directly with SeaShells Penneshaw:

In principle:

  • Upon confirmation of your proposed booking a non-refundable deposit of approximately 20% of the total amount is to be paid within one week to secure the booking.

The outstanding balance (total amount less the deposit) is to be paid in full:

  • when time permits, four weeks prior to the day of arrival or alternately,
  • by a date agreed with the Owners.

Once the balance is paid:

  • should notice of cancellation be received up to seven days before the day for arrival, an amount up to 50% of the balance will be refunded. The actual amount refunded will be at the discretion of the Owners.
  • should notice of cancellation be received within seven days of the day for arrival, 50% of the balance will be refunded with the exception that if such notice is received within twenty four hours of the day for arrival, only 25% of the balance will be refunded.

No refund will be provided should you decide to leave prior to the original day booked for departure.

When your booking is made indirectly through an accommodation or travel booking agency:

All terms and conditions related to deposit payments, balance payments and the cancellation of a booking will be in accordance with the published terms and conditions of the respective accommodation or travel agency used.
