Facilities:

• GreenSeas accommodation offers self-catering bed and breakfast facilities for two people. The internal areas include a bedroom, sitting room, utility area, and bathroom.
• The bedroom has a queen bed and is equipped with a built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and case rack. A sliding glass door provides access to an external deck which opens directly into the Karatta Conservation Park.
• A split system air conditioner services the sitting room and utility area. The sitting room has a wide screen TV, two comfortable arm chairs and a table for two.
• The utility area has beverage/toast making facilities with sink, microwave and under bench refrigerator.
• All bed linen, pillows, quilt covers and towels are provided.
• On site open parking is available for one vehicle.
• The hot water service is provided via solar panels utilising stored rainwater.
• Smoking indoors is not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
