Facilities:

• BlueSeas accommodation offers self-catering facilities for six people. The internal areas include open planned living, dining and kitchen plus three bedrooms, bathroom and laundry.
• The three bedrooms comprise of a queen bed, double and bunk beds. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and built in wardrobes.
• The bathroom has a shower, vanity and bath with a separate toilet.
• All bed linen, pillows, quilt covers and towels are provided.
• A fully equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hotplates, range hood, fan forced wall oven and microwave.
• Laundry equipment includes trough, washing machine, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and board.
• Split system inverter air conditioning services the living, dining and kitchen areas.
• Entertainment in the living area includes large screen colour TV, DVD, CD, video player, books and games.
• A roofed and furnished deck with sea views to the mainland is accessed through full height glazed operable doors from the living area.
• A carport is provided for on-site vehicle parking.
• The hot water service is provided via solar panels utilising stored rainwater.
• A four-burner gas barbeque and clothes line are provided.
• Smoking indoors is not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
