Facilities:

• AquaSeas accommodation offers self-catering facilities for eight people. The internal areas include open planned living, dining and kitchen plus four bedrooms, sitting room, utility area, two bathrooms and a laundry.
• The four bedrooms comprise of two queen beds, double and bunk beds. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and built in wardrobes.
• The main bathroom has a shower, vanity and bath with a separate toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet.
• All bed linen, pillows, quilt covers and towels are provided.
• A fully equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hotplates, range hood, fan forced wall oven and microwave.
• Laundry equipment includes trough, washing machine, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and board.
• Split system inverter air conditioning services the living, dining and kitchen areas.
• A separate split system air conditioner services the sitting room and utility area. The sitting room has a wide screen TV and opens into the utility area offering beverage making facilities with sink, microwave and under bench refrigerator.
• Entertainment in the living area includes large screen colour TV, DVD, CD, video player, books and games.
• A roofed and furnished deck with sea views to the mainland is accessed through full height glazed operable doors from the living area. A separate deck accessed through one of the queen bedrooms opens directly into the Karatta Conservation Park.
• Two vehicle parking spaces are available on site including one within a carport.
• The hot water service is provided via solar panels utilising stored rainwater.
• A four-burner gas barbeque and clothes line are provided.
• Smoking indoors is not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
